Managing Partner
Hendra Widjaya is the Managing Partner of the firm, with extensive experience advising domestic and international clients on a broad spectrum of legal matters. His practice encompasses Corporate and Commercial, Intellectual Property, Labour and Employment, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate and Property as well as Restructuring and Insolvency. Recognized for his strategic and practical approach, he regularly advises clients on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance and complex commercial transactions.
In the field of labour and employment, Hendra counsels clients on employment frameworks, workplace policies, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. He also advises on real estate and property matters, including land acquisitions, development projects, commercial leasing and regulatory approvals.
Hendra is widely recognized for his extensive intellectual property practice, where he manages trademark, patent, industrial design and copyright portfolios for leading Indonesian conglomerates, state-owned enterprises and businesses across diverse industries.
He regularly advises clients on IP protection and commercialization strategies, enforcement actions, anti-counterfeiting initiatives and contentious IP matters. He has substantial experience representing clients in trademark and industrial design cancellation proceedings before the Indonesian commercial court, as well as negotiating and resolving complex intellectual property disputes.
