Anny Gunadi advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of non-contentious Intellectual Property matters, with particular expertise in the management and protection of trademark, patent and industrial design portfolios. She regularly assists Indonesian clients with protection and commercialization of their intellectual property rights overseas, while advising foreign clients on establishing, managing and enforcing their IP rights in Indonesia. Her experience includes handling international trademark registrations, PCT national phase applications in Indonesia and preparing responses to provisional refusals issued against international trademark registrations designating Indonesia.
In addition to portfolio management and prosecution, Anny advises clients on various IP transactions, including assignments, licensing arrangements, copyright-related agreements and other commercial transactions involving intellectual property. She also assists clients with cease-and-desist actions, enforcement strategies and other measures to protect intellectual property rights.
Apart from her intellectual property practice, Anny serves as a Notary Public in Indonesia, providing comprehensive notarial and corporate services to individuals, local businesses and multinational companies. Her practice includes the preparation, authentication and legalization of legal documents, drafting of notarial deeds and advising on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
